onpit runs on onpit
This page is being served right now by a cluster of five Raspberry Pi 5, on the stack we offer. We test what we promise.
- A node fails
- A login service was deliberately shut down. All 24 of 24 requests were still answered.
- The database fails
- The primary database was stopped. A replica took over automatically after about three minutes; the login page stayed reachable throughout.
- Backups
- Hourly to our own storage, databases continuously down to the second.
- Still open
- A full restore test from backup. It's next on the list, and we'll write here how it goes.
